🎨 About My Work

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every crochet creature, painting, and print design is made by me — Jodi — from my home studio in Hervey Bay, Queensland.
Each piece is unique, made with love (and often coffee).
Most creations in my shop are made to order, especially for you.
If something’s sold out, don’t worry — I’ll happily craft another!
Please allow a little extra time for your handmade piece to come to life.

Do you take commissions or custom orders?

Sometimes, yes! If you’d like a special piece or a variation on something you’ve seen, send me an email or message me on Facebook.
I’ll let you know what’s possible and how long it might take.

Where can I see your work in person?

You can usually find me at local Hervey Bay markets or small pop-up art shows.
Join my Art Lovers Circle on Facebook to get updates about upcoming shows and events.

🧶 Crochet & Patterns

Can beginners join your crochet workshops?

Absolutely! My workshops are friendly and relaxed, perfect for beginners and those looking to build confidence with yarn and hook.
You’ll learn at your own pace, surrounded by creative company.

Can I buy your crochet patterns?

Yes — my crochet patterns are available as digital downloads.
They come with clear instructions and photos, and some are used in my workshops.
You can find them under Crochet Patterns in the shop.

Do you need pattern testers?

Yes, sometimes! I have a private Facebook group called Jodi’s Crochet Pattern Testers
where I post call-outs for new designs.
It’s a fun and friendly way to be part of the creative process.

💌 Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital item?

After you purchase a digital product (like a greeting card or pattern), you’ll receive an email with a download link.
You can also log into your account to find your files under “Downloads.”

Can I print my downloads at home?

Yes! All printable files are designed to print beautifully on A4 or US Letter paper using your home printer or at a print shop.
Each listing includes printing instructions and envelope sizes where needed.

Can I use your designs commercially?

No, sorry. All designs are for personal use only unless I’ve given written permission for another purpose.
Please don’t resell, redistribute, or modify them for resale.

📦 Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are packed and sent within 3–5 business days.
Delivery within Australia usually takes another 3–8 business days, depending on the post.
I’ll email you when your order ships, with tracking details if available.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re in Hervey Bay, you can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout.
I’ll get in touch to arrange a time or meet-up at the next market day.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

🧾 Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with a photo.
I’ll do my best to offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Do you accept returns?

Returns for physical items are accepted on a case-by-case basis if there’s a problem.
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns for digital downloads once they’ve been accessed.

How do I request a refund?

Email me at thejodigray@gmail.com with your order number and details.
I’ll respond within 2–3 business days and help you from there.

Do you collaborate with other artists or makers?

Yes! I love working with other creatives and small businesses.
If you’d like to collaborate, please reach out — I’m open to ideas that fit my brand’s aesthetic and values.
