Every item at Jodi Gray Art is made or designed with care.
I want you to love what you receive, and I take pride in the quality of my handmade work and digital designs.
That said, if something goes wrong, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to make it right.


1. Contact Me First

If you have a problem with your order, please email me at
thejodigray@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number and a brief description (and photos if relevant) so I can help you quickly.


2. Handmade & Physical Items

Because my work is handmade, small variations are normal and part of each piece’s charm — they are not considered faults.

Refunds or exchanges will be considered in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • The wrong item was sent
  • A major fault that makes the item unusable

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery
  • Return the item in unused, original condition within 14 days
  • Include your order details in the parcel

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue was my mistake or the product arrived damaged.

Once I receive and inspect the return, I’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.


3. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products (like printable cards and crochet patterns), refunds can’t be offered once files have been downloaded.

However, if you have trouble accessing your files, encounter a technical problem, or receive the wrong download,
please contact me right away at thejodigray@gmail.com —
I’ll make sure you get what you paid for.


4. Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If something isn’t as expected, please reach out — small adjustments or partial refunds may be offered at my discretion.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet been processed or shipped.
For digital downloads, cancellations aren’t possible once files are sent.


6. Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


7. Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or WooPayments).
Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
