Every order from Jodi Gray Art is prepared with care and attention to detail.
Because my creations are handmade or printed to order, processing and delivery times may vary slightly.
This page outlines how your items are packed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and sent within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
During busy times, market weekends, or holidays, there may be short delays — if so, I’ll let you know right away.
2. Shipping Within Australia
All parcels are shipped from Hervey Bay, Queensland, using Australia Post or another trusted courier service.
- Standard delivery: usually 3–8 business days
- Express delivery: available upon request for an additional cost
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. Local Pickup (Hervey Bay)
If you’re local, you can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout.
Pickup is usually arranged around market days or by appointment.
You’ll receive an email with collection details once your order is ready.
4. International Shipping
I currently ship within Australia and selected international locations.
International shipping times vary by destination, typically taking 10–25 business days.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
5. Packaging
Each order is packed by hand using eco-conscious and recyclable materials whenever possible.
I take great care to make sure your items arrive safely and beautifully presented.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are beyond my control.
If your order is delayed, I recommend checking the tracking link or contacting Australia Post directly.

7. Digital Products
Digital products such as downloadable greeting cards or crochet patterns are not shipped physically.
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your download link.
