Welcome to Jodi Gray Art — a small, independent art studio based in Hervey Bay, Queensland.
By placing an order or using this website (https://jodigray.art), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About This Shop

All items listed on this website are original creations by Jodi Gray — handmade, illustrated, or designed by me.
I take care to describe each product accurately and ensure that every image represents the item as closely as possible.

Because of the handmade nature of my work, slight variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur —
these are part of what makes each piece unique.

2. Digital Products

Digital items such as printable greeting cards, patterns, or downloads are delivered electronically.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link or instructions.

No physical product will be shipped for digital items.

Downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
You may print them for yourself or as gifts, but please do not redistribute, resell, or use them commercially without permission.

3. Handmade Items & Availability

All handmade pieces — such as original art, crochet toys, or prints — are created in small batches or as one-of-a-kind works.
If an item sells out, it may not be restocked or may vary slightly when remade.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is accepted via secure methods such as
WooPayments or PayPal.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later changes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Physical orders are packed with care and shipped from Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.
I aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and postal service.
I’m not responsible for postal delays once items have been sent, but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes astray.

Local pickup is sometimes available for Hervey Bay markets — just ask!

6. Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at
thejodigray@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I can’t offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
However, if you have trouble accessing your file or there’s a technical issue, I’ll gladly help resolve it.

Refunds for physical goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return postage is generally the buyer’s responsibility unless an error was made on my part.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is used only to process orders, provide customer service, and improve your experience.
I never sell or rent your data.
